DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD ANYTHING?

No. Nagish is app-less. That means that you choose an app such as Facebook Messenger, Telegram, or any other chat app and we integrate nagish within it for you. It’s a seamless process

CAN I KEEP MY CURRENT PHONE NUMBER?

Yes. While we generate a new phone number for you that is unique to your nagish account, it is possible and easy to keep using your own phone number. All you need to do is transfer your calls to nagish. Feel free to contact us if you need help with this.

CAN I ONLY CALL PEOPLE WHO ENABLED THIS SERVICE?

No. You can actually call anyone, and anyone can call you. Nagish works just like a regular phone call only that you can use typing and reading instead of speaking in hearing on your side

WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY CALLS DATA?

Only you! We do not save any logs of the calls you make, nor do we have access to them while they take place. The text/speech generation is done on the cloud and it is private and secured by the highest standards available 

will people know that I use a special service?

Yes. when someone calls you, or when you call someone using Nagish, the other side will hear a short message before we connect your call. The message asks the other side to be more patient since this is an accesible call. You can disable this message in your dashboard settings

IS NAGISH ONLY FOR PEOPLE who are HEARING OR SPEAKING impaired?

No. While we created nagish to make phone calls more accessible, we are also aware of its benefits as a service that makes phone calls available during meetings or moments where you cannot speak or hear. In other words, nagish can be used by anyone and can easily be turned on/off using a single button in your device’s settings
